Secure product access. To verify you and unlock the product portfolio, we collect your company name, contact person name, email address, mobile number, and company website (optional). We email you a one-time 6-digit access code; codes are stored in hashed form and expire within 30 minutes. Verified sessions are limited to 12 hours.

Emails you send us. If you email us directly, we keep the message and any details you choose to share.

Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and availability purposes.

We do not collect payment details, government identifiers, or sensitive personal data through this website.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to enquiries and arrange demos or consultations;
• Verify business visitors and grant secure, time-limited access to our product portfolio;
• Send you the access code, acknowledgement of your enquiry, and service-related communications;

We apply industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) across the site, hashed storage of access codes, signed and expiring session cookies, rate limiting and bot protections on forms, role-based access controls on our database, and restriction of personal data to authorised personnel. No online transmission is ever 100% secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information through the website.

• Correct inaccurate details;
